The room was fashionable and high quality, with lovely furnishings, a bath, the Dyson heater, slept really well. The hotel's location was central, by the river. The food at the attached restaurant was appetising. ...  

Location: the hotel was right by a decent pub and town centre and shops. Fast food restaurant Taco-Macho Food was located 5 minutes walk away.

great hotel but room temperature issues

The decor in the queen room impressed me with its warmth and elegance. The grounds offered a serene garden view that enhanced our stay.

The heating problem in our room was not addressed effectively.

The riverside garden provides a serene escape.

The restaurant menu lacked variety, with too much focus on burgers.

The bathroom setup needs attention!!! Shower splashes everywhere. The pub's menu felt basic and didn't match the hotel's vibe-some more unique options would go a long way!!!

Oh, the Pork Belly was an absolute dream! So juicy and packed with flavor-definitely a culinary highlight! The breakfast was also spot on, setting me up for the day ahead. Plus, the riverside location brought a lovely vibe to my stay....

The food was really good, especially the high-quality breakfast with a variety of choices that set the day off right. The staff were attentive. The wait for service during busy times could be improved.

Cozy riverside charm

What a lovely little spot! Our room was super comfy with nice views. Staff was really helpful, especially when we needed our food refrigerated. Great breakfast with fresh options, and the bar downstairs was perfect for a quick bite. The flood barrier's a bit of an eyesore, but not a big deal with the window closed.

Charming riverside location with a lovely vibe. Room felt stuffy without air conditioning, made it uncomfortable at times.

The view from my room was disappointing as it overlooked the car park. I expected a river view for the price. The room lacked proper double glazing. The Wi-Fi felt insecure, and I had issues with power outages . I found it confusing when parking since there was no clear signage for private guest parking, leading me to park in a crowded spot. The breakfast was great, and the location was peaceful. The surprise birthday decorations were a nice touch, showing staff made an effort. I faced a mix-up with the wine order at dinner and the staff seemed a bit clueless at times.

The superior king room was spacious and newly renovated. Being next to the river was lovely, especially in the sun, and the pub offered convenient dining options. Plus, the free parking was a great perk!...  

Loved the chic room with a smart TV and fine river views! The shower pressure was great. Amazing ambiance in the bistro, perfect for a cozy dinner by the river.
